Firmwide Changes

How do we change the default fields that are auto published in Project Pro
2003 at a firm level.

We know how to do it by plan by plan, but what about server wide? Changing
individual plans can take alot of time, especially when people are editing
their own plans individually. It would be easier to fix all the plans at a
firmwide level.

Thanks

The list of Published fields should have been determined by your
organization BEFORE you rolled out Project Server to everyone. You should
have included those extra Published fields in every one of your enterprise
project templates and mandated that everyone use only one of those templates
to begin a new project. Since you did not do that initially, you must now
mandate that every PM add these additional Published fields to every project
in the system. While they are doing this in the Published Fields dialog,
they can also click the Set as Default button so that any new blank project
will automatically include these fields. To save time in the future,
however, you still need to add those extra Published fields to all of your
organization's enterprise project templates. There is no other way to
handle this issue. Hope this helps.
