First Day of the Month

Is there a function or a way that I can look at a cell (A2) in date format
and pull in the first day of the month in B2.
Example:
A B
12/25/2009 12/1/2009
5/19/2009 5/1/2009

Please, try:

=DATE(YEAR(A2),MONTH(A2),1)
