First Line of Each Page Formatting

Hi Again,

This is an update of my previous post.

The problem seems to be that the first line on each new page comes
with its own formatting, which is not the formatting I want. But Word
hightlinghts these first lines in black (rather than my assigned
highlight color) and Word won't let me change the formatting.
