First Name Last Name Contacts

Dear Sirs, My Outlook Contacts are ok the way I like um.

Which is 1st name 1st and Last Name Last. For some reason

I cannot get that to carry over to my Palm device. The
Palm device will not change. It is stuck on Last Name 1st
and 1st name last. Does anyone know what this is about?
The Sync. should take care of this you would think ,,,but
it does not. Thank you for your time. Have a great day!!!

This sounds like a question for the manufacturers of your synching software,
not Outlook.
