Using Word 2002 - SP2 and Win2000 Pro (and Win98).
I have created a letter template on a Win2000 Pro workstation. I set the
File | Page Setup | First Page to "Cassette 1" (which contains letterhead)
and Other Pages to "Cassette 2" (which contains plain A4). This works fine
on Win2000 BUT when I use the same template on a Win98 workstation the paper
sources are both set to "Automatically Select" and both pages are printed
from Cassette 1.
I created a similar template on Win98 which prints from the correct trays
BUT when I use it on Win2000, again the paper sources display "automatically
select" and both pages print from Cassette 1.
How do I overcome this? We have an assortment of Win98 and Win2000 OS's.
