FirstName LastName in OutLook 2003 for From field

Hi,

Our exchange environment is setup in LastName, FirstName format. A user
asked if it is possible to change the format to FirstName, LastName in
Outlook 2003 Inbox for From field. By default the FROM field in Inbox is
showing LastName, FirstNAme.
