Fiscal Calendar

Is there a way in Project to change the calendar to allow for fiscal months.
Example, I want Jan 08 to be 12/30/07 - 1/26/08 and Feb 08 to be 1/27/08 -
2/23/08 and so on and so on. This way when I run reports showing monthly
totals it is the fiscal month and not the calendar month. Thanks-
