Fiscal Year calendar

How would i go about creating a fiscal calendar after i've copied over the
std calendar?

I'm not seeing where i assign months into a fiscal year

Actually you cant. The only way that you can report on fiscal year is using
the Portfolio Analyser, but only with an extention. Bogdanov have a PAE
extender,which allows you to report on fiscal year within the Portfolio
Analyser. Why dont you check them out on:
