I don't know where her is either but use Visio menu
File -> New -> Business Processes -> Cause and Effect Diagram

Hmmm. I looked at "here" too, and no luck. My bad, I forgot to add the
destination, I guess it's from here to eternity! Anyway, Paul actually found
where "here" was supposed to be.

Sorry for the confusion and "missed-direction". Interesting link:
