With a topic like this, using the search engine of your trust might lead
to better results. Usenet/forums for Microsoft Word deal with the
technical aspects of templates (how to achieve a desired result), less
with the content.

If you describe to us _what_ kind of information your Match Sheet is
supposed to aggregate, we might help you in setting one up.

So far, I would wager that Excel is better suited for your need than
Word ...
