Fitting all data on Sheet in Landscape mode

I am using access 2000 with XP. I have 10 columns of data
and have tried to fit on 81/2*11 sheet of paper. If I use
Wizard to print report it truncates my data yet there is
still 2" of spave on right side of paper and 1" on left.
If I rry to design report myself I only get five or six
columns of data and one line. I am obviously doing
somethin wrong. Help
