Fitting on screen

Why does this web page not fit onto the screen without the horizontal scroll
bar? http://www.folkart.com/kinaca/2003-107.htm

We are using a 2 column table. The image in the left column is only 300
pixels wide. We had wanted the text in the right column to word wrap
vertically. The table properties have been set to 85%.

Why is the browers bringing up the horizontal scroll bar? And how can we set
up this web page so that the horizontal scroll bar is not required?

Either you have a very low resolution screen, or you fixed it.
The page resizes into a window down to 690pixels wide (using Ie6)
