Fitting the drop-down box within a cell

I'm racking my brain trying to get my drop-down box that
I've created using the forms toolbar to fit within a
cell. I found a spot that gives me the option under
format control, then properties; however, that selection
option is not enabled. What do I need to do in order to
select that option? Help!!

Are you sure you actually need that, and wouldn't perhaps be better off with Data Validation,
which will sit within the actual cell itself, and not within an object on top of the cell. It si
still a dropdown, and can be configured to give a list of values which the user can choose by
clicking on.
