Five Lines on Envelope Address

J

Jerry

I am using Office Word 2007. Is it possible to transfer a 5-line address
from a Word document to the envelope application in "Mailings." I have not
been able to do that, although I can type the fifth line right into the
envelope field.

Whatever I have selected in the Word document appears in the Delivery
address field of the Envelopes dialog. It is not limited to four lines.

Whether or not, all of the selected text will actually get printed is
another matter as the Envelope Address Style contains a Frame into which the
address is inserted. You may need to increase the dimensions of the Frame
to enable everything to fit.

Hope this helps.

Thank you both Doug & Graham. Although I have still not been able to change
the envelope frame size, I will continue to work on it based on your
comments and the web site you recommended. I must be missing something, but
I don't want to give up yet.

Why don't you just download the envelope template samples from my web site
and use those?

Re your message to my web site - you need to use a genuine e-mail address if
you expect a reply! For the record, I access most of the Word newsgroups -
