Fix broken calendar printing in Outlook 2003

In all previous versions of Outlook, it was possible to print a one month
calendar spanning two pages in landscape mode. To a degree, this is still
possible, but it's broken in Outlook 2003. In previous versions the month
name appeared in the upper left corner of the page with margins down the
cener of an 8.5" x 11" page for binding. Now, the month heading appears at
the top of the RIGHT hand page, forcing the second part of the month to the
BACK of the page where the first half is printed. To view any month users
must flip back and forth. This is functionally useless. I noticed that while
it previews correctly, it does not, in fact, print this way. In preview there
is a leading half page that sets up the sequence correctly. In practice,
trying to print half a month to force that leading half page does not work.
Outlook decides I meant to print the entire month and prints it. I've tried
every available option including the planner formats and it works the same
every time. So, a rheam of paper later I'm left to print on one side of a
page (with a duplex capable printer) and paste the printed results together
to get them right, or use a real calendaring program.
