fix charts and tables from excel

I frequently use to past link charts and tables from excel into ppt. This
automatically refresh the content whenever there are changes in excel.
However, the size of the charts and table will default its original size. I
then have to re-size and re-position those objects. Anyway to fix the size
and position of the linked objects from excel?

Put the chart on it's own chart sheet in Excel and size it to 100% before
paste-linking into PPT.
