Fix for Entourage 2008 SSL certificate errors

This may not work for everyone, as it implies having a server with the
problematic domain pointed to it, where you can install an SSL
certificate that has a Subject Alternative Name in it, but it fixed my
SSL errors (reported here and also on the Entourage Help Blog) -
