Fix For Missing .msp files Unable to repair install or uninstall

Anyone with Update Problems Should See the post from
William Wagner 12/19/2003.
By following Step#3 (steps 1 thru 5)and reinstalling
Office XP. I am now able to install, uninstall, repair
and update Office XP.No more Office Update errors about
missing (.MSP Files)
Try it it really works.

His suggestion worked for me and my problem is resolved
