Fix for Reminder Windows not becoming active window

If you have Outlook 2003 version 11.5608.5606 you may be having the same
issue I had - my reminder windows would not become the active window if I was
working in something other than Outlook (making them pretty useless
"reminders").

We installed Microsoft KB828041 and did a reboot and it appears to have
fixed the issue. I now have version 11.5608.5703.

Hope this works for others out there and isn't just a fluke!

Ok - it isn't always working (sigh) - it worked for a while and then stopped
- I have no idea what is wrong!

Sorry, I was so hopeful I had it - Outlook Calendar is becoming useless for
me unless I can get these fixed!
