The extensive formatting of my 160 page book is altered sufficently to throw
the texts and graphics out of alignment. The alingment is thrown out by
simply dragging and dropping it from my memory stick to their desktop.
So, How do I fix formatting in my document prior to copyshop transferring it
to their computor.
The copy shop uses Windows XP running Office 2003 and Publisher 2003 as do
I. I use News Gothic 11 font that came with the program. However the copyshop
has to download the font but still it is not the same.

As JoAnn said it is probably a printer driver issue. Try installing the same
printer (driver) that the printer (service provider) is using to compose the
document. Otherwise, can you make them a PDF from your system? That way it
won't matter to them at all.
