Fix incorrect help report on resource allocation

Improve accuracy of help text. The following is a cut and paste from
Microsoft Project. Note that the help text data for the resource crew leader
of type work has been interchanged with the data for the resource waterseal
of type material.

"4) Review Information
Please review the following information about your current assignments to
the task:
Task 16: Coat driveway and porches
Duration: 0.09d
Work: 1.5h
1) Resource: Crew leader
Work Assigned: 0.67h
% of time on task: 100%
1) Assigned Resource: Crew leader
Units: 15 Gal

Work Assigned: 0.38h
% of time on task: 100%
2) Assigned Resource:

3) Resource: Helper 2
Work Assigned: 0.38h

3) Assigned Resource:
