Fix invalid reference to property file search

How do I fix an invalid reference to property file search after upgrading to
Office 2007 and converting a 2003 database?

I would check your References and correct/fix the MISSING or incorrect ones.
If that is not what you were looking for then perhaps some additional
information like the exact message or line the code breaks on...

situation you are experiencing:
