FIX LANGUAGE KEYBOARD BUGS - SOFTWARE UNUSABLE

I am on the verge of purchasing a different word processor, but I paid $150
for this one so it should work!!
I set my language in the "International" Preferences in the Mac settings (I
have the little taskbar icon flag thing enabled to quickly change my
language). When I try to type in Word after setting the language (under
tools) to Russian, I can type okay...until I realize that I made a mistake a
few words back. So I click to move the cursor back to where I need to make a
change...and the language switches back to English. I have to click the flag
in the Mac taskbar to change it back to Russian, then type. Then when I need
to move my cursor again, I click where I want it to go (or, just move the
cursor by the arrows), and the language, again, switches back to english, so
I have to change it yet again. It is so annoying!
I should mention that this happens ONLY in MS Word - I don't have any
problems with TextEdit, or a word processor that I am trialling called Mellel
(which I'm only trying since I can't get Word to work properly and I need to
be able to write this document), nor does it happen in Firefox. It doesn't
happen in Excel or Entourage either. This is not a feature, it is a BUG
which makes the software unusable. I can't keep switching my language every
few minutes, its a pain in the neck.

So I guess the page I found that said I could send feedback to Microsoft is
not actually what it says it is, and this post is pointless.

Moderators, please delete this. I'm not spending any more time on Microsoft
or this stupid issue, and I'm not going to bother figuring out how to delete
this stupid post. Microsofts websites are a zoo.

You may want to also post in the MS Office:mac Word discussion group using the link below and when posting there also include the
version of Word:mac you are using and the Apple OS version.

Microsoft has a money back policy on retail versions of its software. The length of time you have to return it can depend on the
country you're in.
