Fix Office 2003 Word

Everytime I open two word documents, and then minimize them, when I go to
restore either one, my Office 2003 Word program crashes, without saving the
latest changes of course.
Somebody please help me, I have even gone as far as reinstalling my Office
suite and can not solve this problem.
