Fix run-time error 5995 in Word 2007

This error message appears at Word start-up:
Microsoft Visual Basic
Run-time error 5995
Word cannot write to file
End Debug
Word seems to be working normally.
Exiting Word I get the message:
Microsoft Office Word
Do you want to save the changes to TRADOS8.dotm?
Yes No Cancel
How can I fix this and get rid of these messages?
