Fix the bugs in Word 2002&2003 track changes and comment features

A different interface for the comments feature was introduced to Word in Word
XP and has been uised with 2003 and 2007. But in 2002 and 2003, the track
changes and comments features cause program instability. In Word 2002, in the
comment pane, letttttterrrrrs wiiiiiill bbbe reeeeepeattttted fffffor no
appppareeeeenttt rrreeaassssooon. In both versions, comments will disappear
from view. Also, without warning, in the middle of typing a comment, input
will no be accepted. If I'm no looking, pieces of my sentences will be
missing. If I am looking, the message "This change is no allowed because the
document is locked" will appear and disappear for no apparent reason on
documents that i have been editing. Sometimes the comments pane makes the
entire page jump up and down like a vertical hold problem on an old TV. And
deleting comments, if I can find them at all, often makes Word crash.

I have had these problems on several different computers. Other authors and
editors, including Microsoft employees, have complained about the same
problems.
I have been reporting these problems for several years now to Microsoft, but
they refuse to take any action.
