In regarrds to bullets and numbering:
If a user clicks on the numbering or bullets toolbar item, often the
numbering will start above the current line even if the user has pressed
"Enter." This makes little sense.
If a user has begun entering a numbered list, and the autocorrect system
catches it, it will often start numbering at an item number greater than 1.
It will miss at least the first item. Often a user will find the final item
in the list (Being edited) will be numbered twice, and sometimes the number
will not match.
