Fixed decimal place

Excel 2003

I have a fixed decimal place set at 2 but would like to override at times
when entering a number, i.e. 50. to get 50.00 instead of .50.

Cherid,

Try and get used to entering the point in the right place, like "50." for
those special times. I always enter the decimal to be sure that the number
is correct. No need to enter the zeroes after if there aren't any numbers
after the point...
