Fixed Duration tasks in homemade admin plans.

I want to make an admin plan that lasts all of 2006.

I want 15 to 20 resources to be levied against a task, and the task's
duration will never change (always one year) no matter how many hours the
resources work.
I want to be able to report time on those resources on a daily basis if
necessary.

Since duration should be fixed, can anyone advise me on what is the best way
to get my results? Should I individually assign Work, or individually assign
Units?

Either one will be a wild guess, since any of the 20 resources can do any
amount of work in the various task buckets.

I think I found my answer, at least for Project 2003.

Be sure to pay attention to the Warning at the bottom of the page if your
team members have the Current Tasks option selected on their timesheet page
in PWA. Hope this helps.
