Fixed width form

I want to do a form that looks something like this

NAME...................................................
OCCUPATION.............................................

But i want when typing something in between to stay alligned.
Now normally i would use a fixed width font and insert would
do the job.But it has to be written with arial fonts.Any ideas?

Use a table. The cell width will remain fixed.
