I rebuilt my entourage main identity a week ago (8/31) and somehow switched entourage to an older version of my main identity without noticing until now. So for the last week I have been sending/receiving/saving emails in this old version. I need to revert to the 8/31 main identity for the calendar. But how do I move the last week's worth of saved emails (200 or so) from the old version to the 8/31 version? Thanks, Rob

I rebuilt my entourage main identity a week ago (8/31) and somehow switched
entourage to an older version of my main identity without noticing until now.
So for the last week I have been sending/receiving/saving emails in this old
version. I need to revert to the 8/31 main identity for the calendar. But how
do I move the last week's worth of saved emails (200 or so) from the old

Use a custom mail view.

Click on Mail Views near the bottom of the folder list. This puts you in
Edit mode.

Date Sent within last xxxx days

Date Received within last xxxx days

Save as saved search. Then you can click on it in the Mail views to show
those emails. You can drag the icon for that view just like a folder to the
desktop as an MBOX file.

If you want them in the folders where they have been moved, then assign a
category to them like "transfer". Then under File in the Menu bar, select
Export > by category and select "transfer".

In your newer Identity, File > Import and select the .rge file.

It will show up in the folder list as main.rge (or whatever you named it)
Toggle the arrow to show the subfolder. You can then use the move to icon to
move the messages to the correct location.

Hope this helps!
