fixing / anchoring a table

Hi,

You must all have seen books where there is a table on top of page.

Now thats what I am trying to do.

I have a table, that spands 1 1/2 pages. I want it to start at the top
of one specfic page. However, I want the text to wrap around it
(bottom), such that the paragraph continues.

I have tried the position tab in table properties, but the bottom half
of the table disappiers if I fix it relative to the top of the margin.

Please help.

Regards
Saurabh

Just place the table at the top of the page and the text will automatically
continue under it (bottom). You do not have to do anything special..

If you set a wrapping attribute for a table, then it becomes like any other
wrapped object (image, graphic, picture, etc.). One limitation of such
object is that they cannot span two pages.

Again, just place the table at the top of the page without any wrapping and
the text will automatically flow under it.

Or, I do not understand your problem....

Salut!
