fixing columns

I am working with a table which has 8-9 columns. The page
setup is landscape. I don't want some of the data is some
of the columns wrapping but it's very difficult due to 8-9
column table. How can I fix that.

I have already used autofit but it doesn't help me in what
I want.

Can this be fixed by creating macros. If yes,then which
macro.
