fixing or repairing "emsuix.dll" and "ZFEXT.dll" error messages

I keep getting error messages when I open up Microsoft outlook. It says
something to the effect "unable to detect or load emsuix.dll", i close out
the window and then i receive unable to detect or load ZFEXT.dll .Try using
detect and repair which i have done to no avail. i am using student and
teacher addition of office 2003 and windows XP operating system
