Fixing the background

How exactly do I fix the background so that it does not scroll with the rest
of the page?
What exactly is the statement that I need to use? Where do I have to place
it, and how do I modidy a pre-defined theme to fix the background?

I am working with FrontPage 2002 in Offixe XP.

Make your background a Watermark and that should fix you up.

The problem is however that the background that I wish to fix belongs to a
pre-defined theme. And if I right click on the page and select the
background tab, I see that the option of watermark and background picture
have both been greyed out (disabled).

Most probably because I use a theme.

How can I fix it in this case?
