How do you set a flag field in a project plan? Can you flag with colours,
items or...

In flag field, there is only two options. Yes and No.
You can change Yes and no options with colours that you want.
Insert flag field then right click then choose customize fields in the
bottom click Graphical Indicators
1. Insert Flag Fields
2. In the Flag Fields, Right click then choose Customize Fields
3. At the bottom, hit graphical Indicators
4. In Test for Flag1 Coloum choose Equals
5. In Values coloum write Yes
6. In Image coloum, choose your colour
7. repeat step 4-6 for No options
8. Click OK
