Flag

Is there a way to add flag fields. I have utilized all 20
in the resource sheet, but need several more.

Have you considered using a custom Text field with a value list containing
only "Yes" and "No" values, and which limits the use of the value list to
only those items on the list?

I did not know project had this capability built in. Can
you give me directions on how to create this or a pointer
where I can find the info.

I'm assuming you are using Project 2000 or later, since these versions have
value lists in custom fields. If you have 2000 or later, click Tools -
Customize - Fields. You will find all of the custom field types listed
there. Select a Text field, rename it, and enter a value list in the field.
If you have Project 98 or earlier, you cannot use this feature. Hope this
helps.
