Flagged Emails not showing in To Do List

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

My To Do list does not contain flagged emails anymore. Yesterday it did. Now it shows only local Task items.
I did recreate my exchange account recently - maybe the source of the problem?

The flagged status of items in your To Do list should sync with
Exchange. Are these To Do items made from items in your Exchange account?

If you're running the Entourage EWS beta then you should report this
problem on the Connect website and not here.
