Flagged Items are missing after Snow Leapord upgrade

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange Hi,

I just upgraded one of my users Mac Book Pros to Snow Leapord and now his Flagged emails are gone. Not the emails themselves but all the flagged items. When I log into Webmail, I see all the flagged items but not in Entourage. Anybody have any ideas on whats wrong or how I can recover the flagged items? Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.
