flagging critical tasks if overdue

I'd like to accomplish two things:
1. Create a column in Project Pro that allows a project manager to go
into an individual task and flag it if it's critical to the deadline.
(I'm sure there's an abbreviated way to do this, but I've never worked
with critical path)
2. Use that flag to create a stoplight for that task only (not the non-
critical tasks) if it is overdue.
3. Allow the stoplight to go back to another color if the task is
finished, even if it's finished late.
4. Have a stoplight in PWA for any projects that are delayed by these
late tasks.
