Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: imap I'm new to Mac having migrated from a PC running Outlook.
In Entourage 2008, when I flag an email for follow-up to automatically add it to my to do list, I end up with 2 extra duplicate to dos. It appears this happens because the flagged email message is in my inbox, my starred mail folder and my all mail folder. I have a gmail account set-up as imap.
My question is how to filter my 'to do' list down so it populates my 'to do' item list from just one email folder, say my starred mail folder and not duplicating my to dos?
