Flagging messages sent outside your company's domain

I work for a large bank that is very particular about client information
being emailed outside of our organization's domain. Is there a way in
Outlook to trigger a "warning" when sending an email message to an outside
domain? Something to remind me that no sensitve information is present
before I send the message.

outlook doesn't do it directly but you could use vba to check for the to
field for smtp addresses and pop up a warning.
