Flagging Pages in One Note

I need to highlight pages within a folder so I can quickly see what action
items are urgent for response. Is there a way to mark the verticle page tab
on the right of onenote screen for easy identification? thanks

If your preferred "flag" is something on the page tabs then simply
type "XXX" in the page title when you create or update the page.

Assuming that you have page tabs showing the title, rather than just a
number, that should be fairly easy to spot quickly.

As far as I am aware you can't use Note Flags in a page title, at
least you can but it won't be visible in the page tab.

The "XXX" in the title seems a simple visible marker. When the item
has been actioned simply delete the "XXX" from the title.
