Flags and Checkmarks

Henry

I love to check things off at the end of the day from my
lists. Can I setup Onenote to allow me to check off an
item and have it disappear?

Thanks, Henry

The square flags are checkboxes, but they won't disappear from the list
unless you delete them or set the summary to only show unchecked items (and
refresh it).

Do you mean to have the text disappear from the note
page? No, but you can have the Notes Flag Summary in the
Task Pane show incomplete items. In that Task Pane, put
a check in "Show Only Unchecked Items" and then click
the "Refresh Results" button at the bottom.

Sort of. Click the checkbox that you want to mark off, then press [DELETE].
<grin> That doesn't quote give you the satisfaction of seeing the items
checked off for long, tho.

You can set the font style of the checked off items to a light gray if
you want. Or perhaps strikethrough.
