How do I view the follow up flags in the first place. I used to be able to
see them with Outlook 2003, but now I have 2007, and cannot get them to be
available in my inbox on the right side, PLEASE help me.

have you tried resetting the view? Mine appear at the far right of my
columns. Have you perhaps added columns so your flags are pushed out of
sight to the right?
