flash and frontpage

I just posted but for some reason it didnt work... maybe my connection is bad?? Anyhow i have built may website entirely in flash but i want a regular html page for my index. What i would like is for it to be an intro page that would say...welcome to jasons portfolio this site requires flash...yada yada yada. How would be the best way to go about this. Also my flash project was done in 1024 x 768 and is scalable in a browser window no matter how small or large i make it it scales. Is there a way i can do this in fontpage? Any help would be appreciated here. Very new to frontpage. If this is my second post on this subject im sorry
