Flash Drive not showing up?

I have a new dell w/ XP Pro, when you plug in a USB flash drive, the message
pops up that it is detected, then ready to use, but no removable drive shows
up in My Computer.
Also, when you boot with the USB drive plugged in, you get an error message
that a network drive was not connected. In My Computer, all looks normal,
but the F: network drive says it is the correct network drive, but when you
click on it, it's the USB drive.

Not sure what this has to do with Outlook but you've stumbled across an issue
with USB drive letter assignment. You can go into the Disk Management part of
the Computer Management program to change the drive letter for the USB drive.
