Hello,
I embed flash to my PowerPoint 2007 presentation based on help I got
from many people in this forum. I thank you to them. But there is a problem
with the embedded flash files. After I run PowerPoint, the player property
of flash gets reseted by itself. So unless it is set to true again, flash
video does not run! This problem seems to be very common. A search in
Google yields:
"Note: we've recently discovered that if the flash movie is scripted to stop
playing rather than loop or repeat then this command appears to be passed to
PowerPoint - this results in the play command being reset to false. The
simple solution (if you've got the source flash file) is to remove the
offending command, alternatively you'll have to save the presentation with
play set to true and not run it again until ready to present - it'll only
run once and will need resetting before it'll work again!"
And although my flash file is not scripted, this resetting occurs
always. Any workaround?
Thank you,
Athena
