The scripts defines a container for the flash as
<div id="flashcontent"></div>
and invokes it using the script line calling that unique id with
fo.write("flashcontent");
Your second flash should use a unique different id as say
<div id="flashcontent2"></div>
and invoke it using the script line calling that second id as
fo.write("flashcontent2");
PS
Any parameters must be passed before the flash is invoked, So your
fo.write("flashcontent");
fo.addVariable("variable", "varvalue");
Should be
fo.addVariable("variable", "varvalue");
fo.write("flashcontent");
