Flash or just pictiures?

Hi I am new to this site and have a general knowledge question.
I am helping my daughter (college student in Boston) with her sorority web
site.
She was chosen to upgrade/enhance the site.

She saw a website online that she would like to use as a model.

http://www.nataliegulbis.com/

On the home page images are flashed in and faded out on a rotating basis.
Anyone know how this is done?
Is this use of a flash player?
We are using front page 2003

Thanks, Rob

Yes. The whole site is done with Flash. You would need to buy Flash from
Adobe and then you could use FrontPage to import it into your web site and
do your layout. There's an addin called Flasher that you can get at
http://www.jimcosoftware.com/addins.aspx that will help you add Flash movies
to FrontPage sites but it does not create them. You still need Flash to do
that.

Flash is almost 700 clams. He *may be able to do same thing with SwishMax
that's cheaper and I think it's under 100 bills - there's a trial dl.

If they don't need anything that fancy you can do some pretty nice effects
with DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Animated GIFs etc too
